You can expect your order to be delivered 3 business days after purchase. Your tracking number and receipt will be emailed to you. Please note, we do not include receipts in our packaging.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 dollars across USA and Canada. Any order under $100 will pay a flat rate of $7.95

International Shipments outside of Canada and USA are currently not available on our website. However, we do make exceptions for orders over $100. Return Policy

Links & Charms offers a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. You can receive an exchange, store credit, or refund for the full amount of the purchase price minus the shipping cost

Please Note: SALE items are FINAL SALE. As well as all earnings due to hygienic reasons.

 

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee every order will come in brand new, top quality condition. Every purchase includes our gift box (or ring box) with a black velvet interior and a "You're Beautiful" sentiment card inside.

To receive a return address for products purchased within 30 days, please email us as you will need to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) to submit with your return package in order to verify your return. This is mandatory for all Returns.

Email support@linksandcharms.com and receive this authorization number before any returns will be accepted.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. We’ll email you to confirm that its received and completed.
