Standard Delivery Time:   

USA: Standard Shipping Time to the USA is 4-6 Business Days.

CANADA - UK - AUSTRALIA: Standard Shipping Time to all CA, UK and AU is 8-10 Business Days.

You can expect your order to be shipped the same day or next business day as your purchase date. Your tracking number and receipt will be emailed to you. *Please note, we donot include receipts in our packaging, receipts are sent by email to avoid receipts being sent with gifts.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 worldwide. Any order under $100 will pay a flat rate of $6.95 USD (or $8.95 if shipping internationally).

International Shipments outside of Canada and USA are currently only available for The Beauty Journal, and not available on our jewelry gifts. However, we do make exceptions for orders over $100. Warranty & Return Policy

Links & Charms offers a 60-day return policy from date of purchase and 1 year warrenty on all jewelry items. You can receive an exchange, store credit, or refund for the full amount of the purchase price (excluding the shipping cost). If your item is ever damaged you have a 1 year warrenty for full replacement of your jewelry gift. Please contact support@linksandcharms.com if you need to return your item.

Please Note: All sale items are FINAL SALE, as well as all earrings due to hygienic reasons. However your 1-year warrenty will still be valid.

 

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee every order will come in brand new, top quality condition. Every purchase includes our gift box (or ring box) with a black velvet interior and a "You're Beautiful" sentiment card inside.

Please email us at support@linksandcharms.com before returning any item. We will gladly do whatever we can to keep our customers happy with every purchase. 

To receive a return address for products purchased within 30 days, please email us as you will need to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) to submit with your return package in order to verify your return. This is mandatory for all Returns.

Email support@linksandcharms.com and receive this authorization number.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. We’ll email you to confirm that its received and completed.
